We have a large reception team. Communication has now been taken care of with the GuestKey webapp from Hotek. Because it is completely adapted to our needs with our logo and in our style.

The building offers other services such as a supermarket, a Mexican take-out and a restaurant. There is a gym, a laundry, a library and regular special events are organised such as after-work business drinks or movie nights. Soon a 2nd Roxi Residence will be opened in Ghent.

Why did you choose GuestKey?
I have worked for Park Plaza Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group and B-aparthotels in the past and have experience with different access control systems. After a market comparison, we chose the GuestKey solution from Hotek. Thanks to the digital communication with the guest, there is more interaction, partly because we integrated it with our PMS system MEWS. Hotek delivers and installs the system completely. In addition, it is not only a reliable system, the price is very good.
The location of a successful hospitality company is just as important as the quality. But communication via cell phone is certainly an equally important aspect, especially in the year 2020 where the new generation of guests organise almost everything via cell phone.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Roxi Residence is open. We work automated as much as possible, and in this way we respect the low-contact measures. Matters such as sufficient alcohol gels, mouth masks and a plexi screen at the reception ensure a safe environment for our staff and guests.

Functional, looks professional. Our target group expects to be able to use the cell phone. There are many technologies that don’t have a good balance. In GuestKey I find the perfect balance.

Yes, we have products from BeDutch such as bathroom accessories, hairdryers etc… What I find important is the large stock. By working with Hotek / BeDutch I have 1 contact for both our security products as well as our comfort products. Also I don’t need stock because Hotek delivers quickly. Easy one stop shopping.
